Halloween Headband - Customize!

Now you get to design the perfect headband to match your little love's Halloween outift! In the order comments, be sure to leave the color of 1/8" skinny elastic, color of 2.5" shabby chiffon flower, and color of 1.8" sequin bow! All sizes are an average and if you would like a perfect fit, please measure around the head and subtract 1" from the measurement. If you would like a custom measurement, just leave the size in the order comments. You can also choose an alligator clip if you do not want a headband.
