Pettiskirt tutu is made of 2 layers of ruffled chiffon and sewn onto white bodysuit. Bodysuit has 3 snaps at the bottom. Fits about 6-12 months. When lying flat, the bodysuit measures 14" from shoulders to snaps at the crotch, and 8" wide. Available in long sleeve for $2 more.

Coordinating headband included! Headband is made of 3 pink 2.5" shabby chiffon flowers with a sparkling rhinestone center. Headband will be made to fit a 1 year old toddler, unless you specify a different size. Our headbands are always felt backed for your little love's comfort.
